Can I make a reservation in any hotel in Prague to get the points?
To obtain the voucher with points you need to make a reservation in one of the hotels which are part of the project Prague Unlocked.
Where do I obtain the voucher/who will give it to me?
The voucher will be given to you during your check-in at the hotel reception. It is necessary to ask for the voucher.
Is it possible to book the points in advance if I have reservation in a hotel for the end of September?
Yes, it is possible to book the points in advance. However, it is necessary to contact the hotel reception to make the reservation.
I bought my stay as a part of a package (through travel agency); can I also get the voucher from the hotel?
If the package contains other services as well, it is necessary to contact the hotel directly and ask if the requirement of 800 CZK per room and night has been met.
How can I use the points?
You can use them directly at the ticket office of each monument included in the project. You only must show your six digits code. Each time one point will be deducted from your voucher and you will get a free ticket. Sometimes phone reservation in advance is necessary. You can also use your points for guided tours (in this case two points will be deducted from your voucher and phone reservation is necessary at least six hours in advance).
Is it possible to find out which vouchers have already been used?
The only way to find out is through the Helpdesk of Prague Unlocked.
Are the points valid until the end of holidays/campaign?
The points are valid only for the time of the stay in the hotel. However, in case of longer stay, the points are valid for maximum of seven days.
When I get the voucher in a hotel and want to use it in a place of acceptance, do I get a free ticket or only discount?
With your voucher you always get a free ticket.
Will I get the voucher also if I make the reservation in a hotel through Booking or other booking portals?
Yes, if you pay at least 800 CZK per room and night. It doesn't matter through which portal you make the reservation.
Can more than one person use the voucher?
Each person gets its own voucher with points. It isn't possible to use the same voucher twice in one place of acceptance.
Can I get the voucher also if I made the reservation in a hotel before I found out about the project?
You could get the voucher if you made a reservation in one of our partner hotels and paid at least 800 CZK per room and night. The date of your reservation must be between the 1st of July 2020 and 30th of September 2020.
Is the voucher for free or do I have to pay for it?
Voucher is always for free for every guest.
Is it necessary to download the mobile app? If yes, does everyone has to have it?
It is not necessary to download the app. All you need is the six digits code and it does not matter if you have it written on a piece of paper or in your phone. However, in the app you can get exclusive benefits from our partners.
